Teaching Philosophy

 Teaching Philosophy

As a dedicated teacher , I believe teaching is a meaningful process by which learners are guided to explore, understand, and apply knowledge in ways that develop both their academic abilities and their personal growth. In my philosophy of teaching, every learner has his or her unique strengths, potential, and ways of making sense of the world. Therefore, it is my responsibility to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment whereby students feel motivated and confident to participate in their own learning.

I see the teacher not only as an instructor but also as a facilitator, mentor, and motivator. Learning in my classroom is proactive. Students are highly encouraged to question, analyze, and reflect on concepts rather than passively memorize information. I use different teaching methodologies, including interactive discussions, real-life examples, CLIL strategies, collaborative group work, and use of digital tools, to develop higher-order thinking skills with a view to promote meaningful understanding.

I strongly believe that effective teaching should embed values such as respect, responsibility, empathy, and cooperation. A positive classroom climate helps the students feel safe and accepted, enabling them to take risks, express ideas freely, and appreciate diverse perspectives. I continuously work at establishing good teacher-student relationships based on trust, fairness, and open communication. Since they are AL students teacher students relationship is more powerful.

Assessment plays an important part in my teaching. I apply both continuous and summative assessments to monitor progress and further adapt my methodology of teaching. I strongly believe that assessment should guide learning, rather than just evaluate it. In this regard, I always provide timely feedback that will help students improve and set goals for future learning. Because their target is AL examination & their carrier is depend on the AL examination.

Being an educator in Business Studies, I aspire to link theory with practice and reality. I encourage students to develop a critical view of current business trends, ethical practices, and the existing economic environment so they can be better equipped to handle situations that will arise in their future academic and professional lives. Ultimately, improvement is always at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I aspire to be a reflective practitioner, learning from experience, embracing new pedagogical influences along the way, and  at all times works toward for a learner-centered classroom. I seek to inspire students to be independent learners, good citizens, and contributors to society.
